Nothing this hotel states it offers on Expedia is true. Bar/restaurant, breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, free water, daily house keeping, and airport shuttle. The day I reserved the hotel I messaged the hotel a week in advance of my stay stating I would be requesting airport shuttle. Finally called the hotel to which the woman stated she didn’t get the message then changed her tune when I was upset and said we don’t have a driver. Finally arriving to our room 204 and the WiFi DOENT WORK they kept saying just log into another rooms. Then the water pressure is sprinkles. Every time I would call I was getting more and more upset because everything they stated they offered was a lie. They finally moved us to room 103 which had great WiFi but again water was horrible and the room was smaller than what I reserved. The pool is green and dirty from what looks like the hotels family members always coming and swimming in it until 0200 partying loud. DONT EXPECT ANYTHING THIS HOTEL STATES IT OFFERS! If you’re looking for just a room with no cockroaches this is for you but again nothing extra and away from everything. A taxi to and from the airport is $490P.

False advertisement on Expedia. WiFi doesn’t work in other room without a router. Water pressure in shower is horrible and you get charged for toilet paper. Their family was always loud and in the pool until late.

False advertisement!!! I’ve been traveling for a several months now and EXPEDIA NEEDS TO DO BETTER ON MONITORING THEIR LISTINGS!!! The amount of hotel that state they offer something and don’t is so high! This hotel states it offers shuttle service from the hotel and no one was there to pick us up (called and they said oh sorry we don’t have a driver then switched it when I became upset and said sorry we didn’t get your message from Expedia) they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Expedia and don’t have it! Stating they don’t have a cook! The water pressure is horrible even after “they fixed it” taking over 30 mins to shower. The Wi-Fi is laughable I called saying my room doesn’t have wifi was told to connect to another room and always get kicked out for too many being connected. The room itself is present, there are not roaches, the swing is cute but sounds unsafe, they give you toiletries, slippers, two tables to eat at amd only sheets to cover yourself with. No blankets. Must request to have room cleaned or it won’t happen. There is a menu in the room with a bunch of food ideas but again you can’t order any food. The pool doesn’t have towels: after calling was informed “I must use my shower towel” for the pool. Which the pool looks too dirty to swim in anyhow. If you're not going to be in the room much, but just need a safe place to sleep this is it.

La camera era ok ma mancava la carta igienica e l’acqua calda. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa, che non ha permesso di dormire bene. Il check-in alle 23 non è stato effettivamente fatto infatti l’indomani in reception neanche sapevano che eravamo arrivati. Va bene se avete bisogno di un posto letto in cui dormire senza troppe aspettative
