“This place has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a week in Puerto Rico. The kitchenette is stocked with everything from quality knives to a garlic press. They have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for guest to use. We were able to save so much money on outside expenses because The Beach Pad provided so much. It was truly a wonderful experience and we will be coming back to try the PH suite!”

“No hot water dog Doodoo on the front lawn right by the walkway smells in front from old garbage that was in the cans since before we got there found a cockroach in one of the rooms water fall never worked and the pool could’ve used as serious Cleaning you can see the mold and mildew in it I was never told that there was going to be cameras in a private sitting area outside by pool”

“The property was very nice on the inside, but could use more room for storage of our suitcases.
The biggest and most important concern was we had absolutely no running water. We were not made aware of this issue until 2 days prior to our arrival. We were told at this time that the property had a cistern, which inferred there should not be an issue with running water. Well upon our arrival we had absolutely no running water. We had no water out of the sinks nor the shower and no water to...
