Great beds, room was quiet even though it overlooked the street. Close to the Malecon making it very walkable.

This well located Hotel is placed just 2 blocks away from many dinning and entertainment options. The Hotel is loud because of construction going on around it but I truly enjoy staying there. Now, the Hotel is in need of a remodeling (specially furniture) but the cost is very accessible and will not brake the bank. The whole area is very safe even late at night. Swimming pool is well maintained and has access to the beach and that's a big plus for many people. Very light breakfast is included but you could also order a la carte and the restaurant will give you a discount if you're getting its breakfast vouchers. Overall, an excellent low cost choice to visit and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.

Fue una estancia muy tranquila,.adecuada para viajes en familia. Solo sugeriría que instalaran algunos contactos de luz adicionales. Nos tocó un poco de ruido por remodelación Pero seguramente quedará aún mejor.

Loved that it was on the beach and the pool area was nice. Hotel was very noisy starting early in the morning, very early in the morning. Would have been nice to sit in the deck chairs to watch the fireworks at night but couldn’t enter that area after 9pm.

The first day we got there, our room wasn’t ready that was OK we waited, but we waited for three hours. The room they gave us was filthy, dirty, even look like it had blood on the floor, front desk clerks were very rude they showed us the room I came back down. They said they didn’t have any other rooms available. We could change the next day for an increase in price that was unacceptable. We canceled our room with Expedia and went across the street to a wonderful little boutique hotel, the clerk at the front desk said they would refund our money. It has been 10 days and I finally called back and they charged us one night stay that was OK but my capital one credit card would not let the charge go through because this property has so many disputes for being unsatisfactory so that tells you right there find another place .

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place, this is it. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed it very much. Many restaurants nearby, close to walk into town, and very helpful staff.

Wonderful pool and so close to the beach! We watched a mama whale with two babies and dolphins from the pool! Amazing sunsets as well.

Perfect on the beach view hotel. Accommodation for family perfectly, free breakfast included. Bar on site, however no waiters. Be caution Expedia does not add extra charge for children, hotel charged me additional $125 at check in for daughter age 12 & nephew age 16.

We like the property for location and history,as we prefer to stay in authentic Mexican Hotels, and this one does not disappoint, as long as your expectations are in line. Close to Malecon, beachfront. Traditional Mexican Holel with friendly hard working staff! Todo Bien! Gracias❣️

Checked in got a broom size room, much like a closet. Was upgraded to a bigger room the next day. Definitely not worth $5000 pesos a night.
