The first day we got there, our room wasn’t ready that was OK we waited, but we waited for three hours. The room they gave us was filthy, dirty, even look like it had blood on the floor, front desk clerks were very rude they showed us the room I came back down. They said they didn’t have any other rooms available. We could change the next day for an increase in price that was unacceptable. We canceled our room with Expedia and went across the street to a wonderful little boutique hotel, the clerk at the front desk said they would refund our money. It has been 10 days and I finally called back and they charged us one night stay that was OK but my capital one credit card would not let the charge go through because this property has so many disputes for being unsatisfactory so that tells you right there find another place .
