Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Horrid horrid room. Owners above were extremely loud until midnight most nights. Busy road right outside. Very loud music going on until 4am on NYE, right below the room. No staff entered the room the whole 4 days I was there & I had to ask for more toilet paper & for the tiny bin of used toilet paper to be emptied. Not even a mirror in the room. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to use your translator the whole time. Could not wait to leave.
