"The hotel being based in the tropical environment whilst also being on the beach was incredible, and the wildlife was a real experience to be around. The staff were super friendly and helpful and drop you off around the resort on the shuttle buggy’s which is helpful where it is quite hilly! "From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty! The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful and I loved the gong being rung as I arrived , the delicious drink and sweet . The entire property was exquisite. Our room was gorgeous, spotless , spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea . The breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve had . "The room was fine but lack of amenities. The view was amazing. In terms of security, I feel that they could be improved. It's a club hotel where I felt almost anyone can access your room's area because the hotel shares facilities with Langkawi Yacht Club (restaurants, swimming pool, spa, etc). My room was very warm. The air conditioning did not do its justice until I had to switch on the fan. I hate sleeping with a fan. "
