"Lovely property with lot of green space. Very nice collection of breakfast buffet cuisines- south indian, japanese, singaporean, chinese etc. we missed going to the pool and children play area. These were two amenities we were really looking forward to and management didnt give us notice they are closed for our stay. They only notified us when we checkedin. Other than this the property was good."

"We loved our stay, the location, and food. However, one of the reasons for our choice was the jacuzzi- it was quite disappointing that it was not heated and not usable. Poolside bar was advertised to be open, but we discovered it was not serviced in the morning we were there. Overall, we still liked the place for the most part, but I would encourage amenities to be either fixed or accurately reflected in the description of the hotel."

"We arrived earlier than expected so our room wasn't ready. The receptionist kindly asked us to wait in the bar. The room was made ready within 30 minutes. The AC was on in the room which was most welcome and it was easy to work. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast selection was good too. The hotel was close to 2 train stations. Some of the bigger attractions were within walking distance too. The later check-out and luggage storage was good for us as we did not fly till late in the evening."

"The word luxury and excellence are insufficient to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff is. We were made to feel like royalty. From receipt of a fresh orchid on arrival to the special treats Ieft in our room daily the whole experience was just perfect. Joanne & Iris on reception made us so welcome and are an asset to the Shangri La as are all the staff especially in the Valley Wing where we stayed. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so memorable and special xxx"
