We would like to inform you that we have limited parking space available, but we do have overflow parking that is available for guests who need it. We appreciate you bringing the issue with the underneath vanity to our attention, and we will make sure to address it with our housekeeping team. We would like to clarify that our refresh service is available by request only. This is done to give our guests their space, especially for those who prefer not to be disturbed. Lastly, if you felt that you were short a bath towel, you could have simply asked for one, and we would have taken care of it.
