The hotel have a travel desk were they can customize your trip. the person is abdul and they give us a good driver, hes name is Sarye and he drive for us 7 days to differents cities. "

"Pros Close to metro and walking distance to little mall and supermarket Easy access outdoor pool was extremely clean(the pool itself) Bed was very comfortable Room was spacious Good size bathroom with bath and separate shower High security measures at gate and then into hotel. Cons Front checkin staff not overly happy or very friendly Housekeeping was a non-event. No towels for 3 days running and constantly ringing to have them sent up. After getting back @9pm from long trip and again no towels, spoke with management and issue rectified. To hear many other gusts experienced same issues with housekeeping. Noise level from functions at the hotel were extreme. Our room was above an outside area and the music and banging going until midnight. Then @5am doing sound checks for their yoga classes. Management moved us and assured us next room will have no noise. It was worse with a function centre across the road. We were just told it was "wedding season". So we couldn't sleep for 12 nights. Pool area not kept clean. Had to ask staff to remove dirty nappy next to sunbeds which was there for 2 days!! Staff just walking by. Food varied only slightly and not a huge choice. Amazed to find 2 minute noodles in the warmer 3 times in 1 week. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Saving grace during breakfast were our waiters Ridham and Manish who were amazing All in all, we're did not really enjoy our 12 night stay as we hoped."

"The photos of the hotel do not reflect reality, as they appear to be edited or AI-generated. The entrance of the property, which is more like a hostel, does not match what is shown on Expedia and was also very dirty, including dog waste on the ground. The entrance is not clearly visible, and you have to walk through a dark, unlit path with a bad smell to access the property. The elevator does not operate 24 hours, which limits access at certain times. The room was in very poor condition, with dirty sheets, walls, and floors. The air conditioning is controlled from the lobby, where it is turned off and cannot be turned on unless requested. There were also people sleeping in the lobby and on the floor. Cockroaches were found in the room. The bathroom is poorly designed, as the toilet and shower are in the same space without proper separation, and the hot water ran out quickly. In addition, the hallway lights were flickering on and off, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere, almost like a horror movie. Overall, the experience was very negative. I did not feel comfortable complaining at the time because I was a foreigner, but I decided to leave earlier than planned due to the conditions."
