They change my inicial booking without telling me, even that I have booked way before the day that the reservation will start ... I have the chance to take a decision to stay or not at the hotel, I will never recommend this hotel.

This hotel does not exist! I showed up with my reservation and it turns out they stopped giving service as a hotel two months ago! I was directed to another hotel owned by the same group which looked nothing like what I booked. Absolute disappointment, a horror story and waste of time... Expedia refunded me full amount.

Las habitaciones muy lindas, sin embargo en el lobby no hay ningún tipo de servicio como bar, restaurante. En la recepción no había nadie disponible para atendernos en la mañana.

Beautiful hotel but thats all, under staffed, no amenities at all, no where to eat, drink, no restaurants, staff schemes with taxi drivers, most horrible experience ive ever had on vacation, was supposed to be here a week, cut vacation short to hurry an get outta there. Water turned off on us while in the middle of a shower off for hours in middle of nite with no warning or anything said from staff.. sorry but bever again un life would i return here or send anyone there at all, no recommendations what so ever... HOTEL FROM HELLLLLL!!!!!!

Atención de mal gusto
Reserve estancia por 2 noches con paquete de comidas, lo que me choca es que en estas comida no incluyan ni el agua potable, las gaseosas, los jugos y la misma agua tenían costos adicionales. Me retiré del hotel luego de la primera noche por la desagradable experiencia y solicité el reembolso de la segunda noche que no usaría (aún estoy a la espera)

The room wasn’t ready when we got there. We had to wait 3 hour for the room. The room didn’t have towels or rugs in the bathroom, we had to ask for them. The little pool in our terrace was empty and dirty. The restaurant food was ok.

The Ocean Front Loft was beautiful. Unfortunately the beach looked horrible and smelled really bad. The hotel staff was really rude. Lastly there was a roach in the room.

My wife and I stayed here for our 5th year wedding anniversary. Room was not beach front. Hotel bar and pool side bar was closed down. Could not get in the water due to the algae. There was a terrible smell due to the algae. Could not even sit at the pool due to the horrific smell. Room had ants so they had to change our room. The one restaurant was horrible. The “FREE WIFI” was nonexistent. Just overall it was a terrible experience. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this resort to anyone

We went on vacation the last week of May 2018 to celebrate my mom birthday, and the HOTEL IS VERY NICE, clean, the rooms are exactly as you see them in the photos. THE STAFF was very good except for one person (I think his name was Roberto) super rude and started to charge me for breakfast when I paid CAN $ 4,210 for 5 nights (3 people, only the hotel) all included. and the previous day they had treated us super well without restrictions, but he said that just 3 options was for all inclusive and I had to pay extra; I did not want to argue more with him so I pay because I did not want to ruin the stay for my mom but it did bother me a lot in my all stay. OTHER THAN THIS GUY WERE EXCELLENT, especially Maria, Lucy and the manager (I forget her name but she is from Mexico). The manager went beyond the excellent, we wanted to surprise my mom with a special cake and roses, and she took care of everything, the cake was super cute and exquisite, my mom loved the roses, and the best part was that she did not expect it at all and she even cry with joy. Thank you so much for everything BAD THING the suit has a peculiar smell, everything feels kind of wet and if you are sensitive to the aromas you will not like it, also at sunset outside in the open areas smells like fish because of the seaweed that is on the beach. If you are a beach lover I do not recommend this hotel or you can drive 45 min to Macao beach, lovely

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfy. The beach did not look at all like the pictures shown. There were no white sand beaches only a great deal of brown dead seaweed all over the place. The resort is out in the middle of nowhere and the drivers kept going to the other hotel with the same name Also. We were told that the breakfast was all inclusive each day but that was not the case at all!! We paid high price for all meals at the restaurant onsite including breakfast!! We were there on our honeymoon and it was not at all how we imagined it would be!!

My partner and I went for some relaxation time. It is important to know that if you do not have a car, you will have to rely on taxis or private transportation to travel to different locations. It is very secluded and private. However, it is $6USD roundtrip to commute to and from the hotel within areas such as Juanillo, Marina, etc, but outside of these areas, it cost $35USD to go to Blue Mall and etc.There is an Applebee's near the mall. The hotel staff had no problem assisting us with finding transportation. The hotel staff were very kind and pleasant. If we had an issue, they helped us resolve it in a timely fashion. My partner and I loved our room. It was gorgeous. We loved having our own private jacuzzi both inside and outside of the room. We were disappointed about the seaweed on the beach. It was a lot, but the pool made up for it. They weren't many food options, but we managed. Also, there's a mini market close by probably 5 mins via car. Congo Bongo is a must! Dress comfortably because you're there until 4 a.m. Adventure Boogies is a must for a tour out in the country while riding ATVs or dune buggies. You can also visit Macao Beach during the tour and there is no seaweed there. Little John at Juanillo Beach has amazing food. It's located in Marina. It was probably the best food we had during our entire stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel looks NOTHING like the photos on Expedia. Nobody besides the hotel manager spoke a lick of english and there was nothing around. NO service, No food, NO drinks. Stay AWAY

I liked that each room had different amenities. Jacuzzis were not working while I was there and unfortunately the beach was not as pictured. Too much algae. I don't know what the hotel could do in terms of clearing it out, but clearing it out didn't happen during my stay. Also the rooms get VERY humid if the air conditioning isn't on 24/7 on the coldest setting on high. Tile floors got very slick and the tvs stopped working because of the humidity. Other than that, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful. The swim up bar in the pool was a nice touch. And the food (although over priced during lunch I feel) was excellent.

The AC in the room didn’t quite cool the room, the lowest it went was 76 F or 26 C, the pillows were hard as. A rock and the room service was questionable

Not as Advertised
The Beach was dirty and seaweed was everywhere... not even one beach chair was available, the food order took almost an hour to arrive, the room's balcony doors locks were not functioning (broken). Check in seemed like the staff had no idea what they were doing. There was a huge pitbull running around the property with out a leash... The place seemed deserted... We checked in, had some food and I immediately booked a different hotel: Majestic Resort. We checked out of this place, jumped in a cab and went to Majestic Elegance Resort which we loved!! Would I recommend this hotel to anyone?...NO!

For starters we wanted a place that was all inclusive and didn't realize that we picked a room that was not. When we discussed further w/ Expedia customer service & spending a minimum of 2 hours on the phone with them, they were no help. We decided to continue w/ our journey and reviewed what our room did entail, according to Expedia's listing. When we arrived to our room everything in the description was not in our room. A washer & dryer was on the descriptor & no washer or dryer!? Super excited to read that I would have a private pool. We get there, NOPE! Bath robes & slippers, listed. Didn't have.

Pay the extra $ and stay at the Westin
No one is here. It smells bad. Pillows and bed are mediocre. Hard to get to place. No Jacuzzi. Beach smells and has ugly concrete barriers. Spend the extra money and get a room at the Westin. It is worth the extra 50-100 to actually have a dreamy and beautiful vacation!

Hotel clásico y lindo, falta mejorar mantenimiento
Sus instalaciones son muy bonitas, habitaciones amplias, espaciosas y con buenos acabados que están desaprovechados al no tener el mantenimiento adecuado, sillones manchados, toallas manchadas, olvidan la limpieza de la habitación de vez en cuando, falta sacudir. El personal es realmente amigable y cálido, ubican a cada huésped, siempre sonríen, son el mejor asset del Resort.

Payola
Orbitz book me an all-inclusive 7 night vacation package at this Resort. When I arrived I was told it was not all inclusive and had to pay an extra $1,050 just to get the all-inclusive package added to my room. We also had a king-size Suite honor paperwork and handed it to the front desk but was still given a room with two full beds. After complaining I was told that if I pay an extra hundred bucks we could have the room that we had booked. On this vacation I spent 5 hours on the phone with Orbitz correcting this issue and getting reimbursed. However I wasn't compensated for any of the time and headaches that I had to put up with. Orbitz did a terrible job and put us in the wrong Resort this location should not be considered a resort as it is only a hotel.

All inclusive??? Very misleading (3) restaurants(only one) very limited towels my a/c was very limited and my hot tub leaked out every day

Overall my stay was good.. the service in the restaurant was great . But the front desk wasn’t the best . I needed room service and there wasn’t any instructions how to dial out from the room , or any numbers to contact the front desk .
