“Before anything, I have to mention the staff at JOIA. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and that made the trip so much more enjoyable. Our butlers Danilo and Edward were lovely and constantly gave us daily updates with everything happening each day with hours of the restaurants. They were always asking if we needed anything and decorated our room for us (we were on our honeymoon). Maria our concierge was also very sweet and personally reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly....
