“The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

“This is one of the nicest boutique hotels. It’s like staying in a Tuscany villa!!! The breakfast is made fresh to order everyday ! The staff is incredible, Derek, Neal, Janelle, the ladies who clean the rooms the Chef!! Everyone ! I wanted to take them home with me !! I highly recommend. The area is quiet and the restaurants are fabulous !! A new Spanish one opened just down from Don Luis I highly recommend. I will be back ! They take you and bring you back from Api beach . I want to keep this...

“Great and friendly staff. Really good food however limited options and that’s my main complaint. The beach is bad. The waterpark is AWESOME!!!”

“Todo hotel 5 estrellas”

“Generally 7-Star! What I did not like was the constant music blaring through the lawn speakers from noon to 5pm. If people like that music, keep it to places where you can expect it, not everywhere on the property. You cannot nap in the afternoon because low-frequency bass and drumbeats hit your eardrums. We city folks like the sound of the waves and gentle breeze instead.”

“An outstanding stay! 🔝 From my first interaction with Diana at the front desk, whom I contacted before arrival to confirm a few details, all the way through check-out, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, personalized attention, exceptional service, a convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. A very special mention goes to Diana, our concierge, who was consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to assist with...
