Great place to go for the money! Had to plan something last minute and it was a great decision! One of the nicest places I have stayed and I have traveled to over 40 states. The only thing was the food was very average. If you stay to these restaurants, Dommo, Surf and Turf, Shoji, and las dunas for lunch you will be very happy!

This trip was our 5th year in a row we spent our wedding anniversary @ the Finest. The staff is like family to us, they remember us from year to year. We have met other couples that return each year as well. If you are looking for a resort you can party at this is the wrong place. If you are looking for relaxation or a great time for kids this is your resort.

We have stayed at all Excellence properties, so we were excited to try a Finest property. We stayed in the Excellence Club which is adults only. The experience was a 10/10! We started each day with a beach bed set up by Algenis. He is the best! Always a smile and so friendly! He spoiled us our last day with champagne and sand art! Gilberto was a top notch waiter at breakfast and dinner at Brass. Rony was the best bartender in the club bar. Be sure to get his special espresso martini! The staff was friendly and always greeted you with a friendly hello. We will definitely return!

The room was clean and view was great. Staff was so friendly. Pool was beautiful. The only complaint is they messed up 2 of our dinner reservations but were able to fix it for us. In house arrival transfer was pretty good but the departure one was not as great.

The property was extremely large and quiet. There were no evening activities on the adult size. It would have been nice to have some evening events for the adults a couple of nights. Many of the restaurants were closed or only open a day or 2. I understand there may not be the demand for opening every night, however it would have been nice to have them open a couple times per week. The staff was great.

This has been one of the best all inclusive resorts I have been to . Perfect for solo travelers.Restaurants like 5stars. & best Room service I’ve had at any resort at all times of day and night. They had someone come to my room and sing me happy birthday with a complimentary cake and put roses on my bed . They always made sure they had what I needed without me asking ! You didn’t even need to bring towels to the pool or beach. I really loved it here . One thing i regret is not carry a few dollars to tip , the people at the pool and entertainers

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful resort, where the friendly staff went above and beyond to decorate my room for my birthday! It truly made my stay special. Just a heads-up: the resort is about an hour’s drive away, so plan accordingly. While the atmosphere is relaxing and ideal for fun, the food options could use some improvement compared to the local market and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Finest Punta Cana and enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation an extra night! The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Day and night, we saw staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The pools were spotless, and we even noticed the water being checked daily. The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed Insieme Italian, The Market Kitchen buffet, Surf & Turf, the amazing Tomahawk steak at Dommo, and the lobster and lunch at Duke’s. The staff truly made our vacation special. Dihianna at The Market Kitchen deserves special recognition from management. She was incredibly attentive, warm, charismatic, and provided exceptional service. Ronny at the Excellence Club bar was also outstanding—amazing cocktails, excellent service, and always friendly. He deserves recognition as well! Special thanks also to Humberto and Jairon at the pool bar for their great cocktails and friendly service, Noelany at Excellence Club reception for being so attentive, and Carlos, who welcomed us with his wonderful outgoing personality. The only downside was the beach, which had strong waves and seaweed, although the staff worked constantly to keep it clean. We also had some confusion when extending our reservation, so communication between reservations and the front desk could improve. Overall, an excellent experience. We would definitely return!

First, let me say that luxury meets the Caribbean when you come to this hotel. The Entertainment crew are so nice and fun from the beginning of the day and the end of the night the drinks were amazing top-tier. Bryan xavier Javier were so much funnnnnn we enjoyed their company while we were there. At dumo the tomahawk 45 oz was gooood nicadil was so helpful and his customer service was Top tier his suggestion was always amazing.. and at the pool my guy wilson made everything- and if you didn’t have it, he went to get it … I’m coming back my girl nircals in spa amazing hands ughhh my honeymoon was amazing
