“We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. “Unique experience ”

“We were exhausted and jet lagged and late with all of our check in and check outs and the staff was super kind and understanding. Beautiful landscaping and bungalows.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Luz. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the staff was exceptional. We loved having the trail around the property to take a short stroll, and used the complimentary Trek hardtail mountain bikes to bike back and forth from town. The one minor issue that we had was that we had neighbors in the abutting room one of the nights during our stay, and, despite being quiet, we could hear them pretty clearly in our room.”
