“The staff was wonderful and very attentive! From first stepping foot in the lobby every one was very helpful. We had valet parking and they helped us take our luggage to our room. The pool area was my favorite part of it all, as soon as we got to the pool the staff went iver to take our order for drinks and food, which also was very tasty! The room was nice and soacious just one thing and idk if its the hotel to blame but in the late afternoon the restroom gave off a bad sewer smell. Overall...

“Very nice room, a block from the beach & many restaurants. However, very noisy at night due to parties nearby that went on past 3 am. However, this is not uncommon for hotels in the area since it’s a busy city. Would stay again due to gated parking garage and price point.”

“Highly recommend this hotel! I was allowed to park my vehicle prior to check-in and used this time to walk the downtown area. The entire hotel staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The restrooms and general areas were very clean and presentable. I will certainly return to this hotel in my future stays in Ensenada! ”
