"Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities we stayed in the palace section of the hotel very accommodating, very friendly, food very consistent staff very accommodating even with a late flight offered us to use the facilities including a meal at the palace for snack time. "We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Bali and truly enjoyed every aspect of the resort. The property is massive, beautifully landscaped, and feels like a tropical paradise with lush gardens, lagoons, and direct beach access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and great amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The staff deserve special mention—they were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made our experience even more memorable. The resort offers a great variety of pools, perfect for both families and couples, and the beach area is clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of international and local dishes, and the restaurants on the property offered good quality food and plenty of options. The location in Nusa Dua is ideal—safe, peaceful, and close to shopping and other attractions, while still feeling secluded and relaxing. Overall, Grand Hyatt Bali exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation, whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. "

"One of the best hotels over stayed at, it gave serious White Lotus vibes (in a good way) The staff are incredible. All so kind, sweet and caring. The pool areas are amazing. Best I've ever stayed at! The breakfast was amazing! So many different cultures to try their food, I loved it! Ate there every day and never got bored. They had some pretty major renovations going on but It did not impact me at all. The team managing is should get an award as it has been impeccably managed. The construction area is coordinated off with huge beautiful gardens so you would never know and it made the hotel even more beautiful. My only suggestion to get more of my money would be change some of the dining options to be more regular food in the evening. Most of your restaurants were dead and felt too formal and expensive. The pool menu is great during the day but I found it hard to eat anywhere with my kids at night. I had to go to the next hotel door which was a loss for you. I would have happily never left! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to come back!"
