“Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. I talked with 5-6 agents and nobody cared about that and my safety. The...

“Fairly over-priced for the room we got. our room was not clean, sheets had stains on them & doona covers left off the doonas which were also dirty. towels were stained as well. when we arrived the bathroom floor/walls/toilet was saturated with water so a little unpleasent to sleep there. however we were out all day so if you need a cheap place thats close to senggigi then this is satisfactory. otherwise the staff are lovely and very helpful.”
