“Clean Room, Helpful Staff”

“Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in).”

“This is a good value for the cost. The view directly over the river was amazing and the front desk crew were friendly and very helpful. ”

“Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. ”

“Room is clean but at night can be very noisy with children playing in the street. The noise continued even after 10pm, made it hard to sleep early as we need to wake up early for Machu Picchu”

“Nice location near the river so you can hear the water and feels kind of relaxing but they need to handle better the humidity. Towels and bed sheets smells humid. The staff is really nice, property looks little bit older but have great potential.”

“Hotel location is very convenient, 3 min walk to Machu Picchu bus station, 5 min walk to railway station, staff is very nice, dinner food is good, room is clean, however the step down into the shower may have trip concern. Wifi doesn’t work very well at room. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this hotel. ”

“While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. “Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful.
