The property is quiet and clean, and in a convenient location to explore Ollantaytambo and the surrounding ruins. "The property is a stunning place located approximately ten minutes from downtown, with convenient access provided by the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. During our stay, we traveled with a group of seven, including four children. Each morning began wonderfully with the complimentary breakfast served in the aesthetically pleasing restaurant and surrounding area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Great place to stay. Was too bad we were only there one night. Two or more would have been better. Only one thing I would want others to know, the hot springs they have are not “hot”. I’m used to hot tubs so hearing hot springs was a bonus, but wasn’t hot. Other than that, would certainly recommend. "

"Friendly staff and great location. Well situated just a few blocks from the central square of Plaza de las Armas, this hotel was previously a family home. The owners then built additional guest houses, a cafe, the breakfast room on the property. There is a tranquil well manicured garden to hang out on nice days, a few cats, and a dog. If the owner is there, she is very personable and will help with any questions or contacting local drivers / tour operators for last minute needs. It was clean and reasonably priced. Just take note if you travel in winter and are used to central heating it will be chilly as there is only space heaters provided and you need to traverse across the courtyard to the different communal buildings. I absolutely loved this charming hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"Beautiful room with view of the river that is as spacious as it is quiet. I emphasize the quiet during my same as I was based in a Cusco hotel that was not quiet so it was good to get a full 8 hours of sleep with the ambient noise of the river. One minor and amusing regarding is during the night...night here a rooster was crowing around the 2am hour; truly must have been an imported rooster OR disabled rooster as I've never heard of a rooster crowing at night. Staff was professional and exceptional. Free breakfast was only okay. "
