"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"

Even my teeth retainers I left in the cup with cleaning solution, they covered with a napkin. Laundry machine conveniently available, and room was very clean and bright"

They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition.
