We booked the place for our honeymoon trip and are both pleased with the choice. The hotel is chic inside out, the room is spotless and clean.
We had an ordinary room but it's still spacious, with a considerable shower area and bathtub, giving us a very relaxed chill-out time.
The 24-hour gym is in a reasonable size and we are happy with the equipment it offers.
The train station, convenience stores, local food stalls and supermarket (and Starbucks, if you must) are just around the corner, literally, and it's only one station away from the national transportation intersection (Taipei Station), so we had no trouble at all getting around, even with our luggage.
The staff is helpful day and night. The only thing is we were wakened up one morning around 9 by a relentless helper asking about room cleaning and laundry services, which is interesting as people often sleep in during holidays. But the staff promptly adjusted to our opinion upon communication. That may be something the hotel can communicate in advance with the guests as they check in.
In all, we are happy with the stay and highly recommend this place.
