The room was clean and the shower had good hot water. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. There were few Japanese-speaking staff. It felt like there was a lack of service for Japanese people compared to past times.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The amenities were excellent and pleasant. I was a little disappointed that when I used the shower room, it leaked outside and wet the floor. A faster Wi-Fi speed would be appreciated.

The hotelโ€™s proximity to the station was convenient. Although the room was old, it felt clean. There was no hot or cold water from the bathtub faucet, so I couldnโ€™t use the tub. The shower worked, but the water pressure was weak.
