Would not recommend this hotel to anybody they said the pool was working when I booked and when I got there it was closed so I couldn’t even stay and they still charged me

At check in time rooms were not done for people to check in to them, management was rude when discussing the issue of not having rooms done by check in time. Not friendly staff at all

Great Experience!
This was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! We were a bit slow getting checked in due to staffing issues, but that was totally made up for! The hotel also offered a mingling hour with drinks and appetizers. And the room really made it feel more like home than a hotel. Over all 10/10 will recommend to friends and family, and we will definitely be choosing Staybridge for our next stay!

Almost 3 strikes.
At this hotel, it was not so good. The first room I was in, there was mold in the shower and other things that made me ask for another room. When moved to another room, I lifted up the toilet seat and it was stained. They asked if I wanted to move to yet another room, and I felt like I'd I moved to another room. I would've went to another hotel. They were nice and changed out the toilet seat right away. They also informed me that the issues with the first room were being attended to right then. However, I would still not stay at this hotel again due to the condition of the rooms unless they upgraded them as they were kind of outdated.

Carpet in room was ripped or fraying in several areas. Caulking around bathtub was dirty and looked very unprofessionally done. Even with new batteries one tv remote did not work. Went to breakfast at 830 and they were out of regular coffee and not making any more. We had made a future reservation and decided did not want to stay there so cancelled future reservation and made new reservation at hotel next door.

Highly recommend
Everything was great. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for our weekend getaway. Staff was super friendly had there was an amazing breakfast buffet. Loved the pool as well.

Davenport Work Trip
Location convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hot tub needed maintenance and was resolved by day 2 of our stay. The refrigerator in our suite needs attention as the seal is compromised, but worked well enough for our short stay.

Everything was very good and front desk personnel were very professional and friendly. The room was clean & spacious. The only downside was the bathroom needed updating and the freezer wasn’t working in the room and they had no ice machine However they were very nice in getting ice for you from the breakfast kitchen.

Ok stay for one night.
Nice hotel…a little worn, and a little noisy. Bed was horrible…time to invest in new mattresses. Maybe also remove the competition’s logged shower curtain in the bathroom? Kitchenette was great and breakfast was good.

Pretty good place to stay
We stayed one night and had an OK experience. The desk person was friendly and upgraded our room to a suite without being asked. The room was spacious and comfortable, despite smelling a bit stale. We also noted some significant wear to the sofa in the living room. Our only other complaint would be about the included breakfast buffet. We checked out on a Saturday when the breakfast goes until 10 am. We came down at 9:20 to find a seriously depleted supply of several food items and the caffeinated coffee urns were empty. The waffle makers were on and hot, but the batter dispenser was also empty. When prompted, the lady working the breakfast buffet did eventually restock things. We would have been more understanding about this if we would have come to breakfast at 9:50, but with 40 minutes left and people still arriving to eat, it seemed they were unprepared to accommodate their guests. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with pretty good value.

Comfortable, quiet stay
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. However, there were signs of age as the lamp adjustment was thread-bare, the bathroom floor cracked, and the hallways were hot. The room was very quiet - did not hear others in the hall or next door. The breakfast had a good variety of options, both hot and cold. The Pantry also had a good variety of options as well. I did have to be reassigned rooms as the first one was having maintenance issues, but that was addressed swiftly.

Generally big fans of Stay Bridge, not this one. Not terrible, a lot of little things, the breakfast is very poorly maintained on both mornings. Had issue w room key, waited over 1/2 hour at front desk for help. Sauna not working, clealiness of general areas ( hallways, elevator) was poor. Air conditioner unit in the room was Loud as hell!

The only issue we encountered were the pacaderms in the room above us. Every night to all hours of the night was relentless stomping on the floor then it repeated again starting at 4:30 am. Consideration of others was not in the pacaderms thought process. After the first night we asked for a different room but was informed there were no rooms of comparable accomidations.

Handicap accessible in excellent hotels are Zero entry showers not tubs that are curved on the floor making it difficult for a handicap person to stand upright with confidece they will not fall. Carpet frayed in the living area and needs to be replaced.
