โI arrived without my baggage, cash etc due to Qatar's negligence and this hotel went out of their way to help me out when I was in a tight spot. I will forever be grateful. My room became my home so far away from home. My sanctuary/oasis in the desert from a chaotic situation in a chaotic city. I will forever remember this place and my wee room. Thanks a million. โ
โThe staff were police and curteous. I was given a bigger non smoking room when requested instantly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Well worth the money spent. โ
โLove the hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness was very good, we had all the in house bed ware , cutlery, toiletries and etc well cleaned and hygienic. Property was well looked after, with cctv , all the amenities are well in excellent condition. The room rates and refunds were well economic i.e value for money!โ
โI AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA. THEY ARE LISTING THE PROPERTIES WITHOUT VERIFYING THE INFORMATION. IT IS NOT A HOTEL...IT IS A GUEST HOUSE. UPON ARRIVAL, THE receptionist refused TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE MY CONFIRMATION INFORMATION. IT IS AN UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. I FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA. BYE...โ
