“We initially booked a 2 bedroom appart but when we checked in we found strange smell. We reported that and we got a bigger 3 bedroom without additional changes. They need to perform routine check of the units and not let customers go through unpleasant surprises. The lady in the reception was so helpful and responsive whenever we called her even late evening and the security guy was also helpful and kind.”

“Although I stayed for just one night, it was amazing. Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. ”

“Very nice, clean room for a family of 4. We had a very comfortable stay, but the location was a downside - we don’t always mind a bit of a walk into town, but this was a pretty ugly 45-minute walk through busy traffic to get anywhere. There is not much near the hotel that seemed worth visiting. The staff were friendly and getting taxis was no problem. Breakfast was interesting, with lots of variety and great service.”

“시설은 현대적이고 깔끔합니다- Old medina까지 걸어서 20분 정도 거리이고 역까지도 걸어서 20분 정도면 갑니다. 바다뷰 방에 숙박시 보이는 해변 경치가 좋습니다. 해변과 호텔 사이에는 왕복 6차선도로가 있습니다. 조식은 뷔페식이었고 청결하고 무난했습니다. Sanae가 체크인, 체크아웃을 안내해주었는데 친절하였습니다. 다음에 가더라도 여기 호텔에 숙박할 듯 합니다.”

“So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,...

“귀마개를 해도 밖에서 하도 시끄럽게 떠들어대서 잠을 못잠. 메다나안의 시끄러운 골목애 위치. 새벽 3시까지는 소음이 심함. 차라리 메디나 밖에서 자는것이 나요. 어차피 택시비도 겁나싼대 구지 메디나에 묵을 이유가 전혀없음”
