โVery comfortable and well-maintained hotel in the central city. Convenient to the central rail stop. Be sure to check out The Ship Inn just next door for a pint or a pub meal.โ
โFantastic little gem, in a beautiful historic building. Staff worked incredibly hard to welcome me and make my stay a pleasant one. Would definitely stay here again if I need to visit Exeterโ
โGood location for the city centre, comfortable well equipped room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Fabulous breakfast ๐
Thanks Telstar.
Ian and Jacqui.โ
โRoom and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good.
But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.โ
โLovely hotel. Spacious clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good choices for breakfasts.
Relaxing and great atmosphere in bars and secret garden.
Oldy woldy design...great.โ
โThe apartment was great, close to shops, and food. However when l went out for coffee early in the morning the neighbourhood was very dirty and seemed a little sketchy.โ
โI checked in on an incredibly hot day when the air conditioning wasn't working as it should. The lady at reception moved my room without being asked to make sure the room I was checked into had air con. When I got to my room, it had clearly been prepared with the heat in mind - the curtains were closed against the direct sunlight and a fan was running - the room was lovely and cool, a nice reprieve from the heat outside. Staff are polite and incredibly helpful. โ
โHelpful friendly staff- great food in the restaurant- lively terraced area- rooms clean and very comfortable bed and sheets โฆ tea and coffe making facilities on the corridors were great - โ
