"The Auberge is a lovely old building with plenty of charm and character. It was also a great location because we were taking a cruise. The reception desk staff were very good--speaking French or English. Another great amenity was an excellent Italian restaurant right in the building. The only downside for us was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't good. There was a wedding rehearsal party in the room next to us and we could hear every word for many hours."

"Ce petit hôtel est super bien situé dans le vieux Quebec. La chambre que nous avons eu était située au 5ieme étage; très petite mais super propre et confortable. Ce qui n’est pas à négliger, c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. De plus, les places de stationnement sont limitées. S’il est plein, vous devez vous stationner au parking public à quelques minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet et assez complet. Cependant, la salle est petite."

"Best location as a visitor to move around the best spot of Quebec City and old Quebec. Then the front desk was very helpful, since it’s raining hard we try to check in early and she let us check in since the room is already available. Kudos for her! very good customer service! Everything was excellent, We had an amazing stay!"

"No snacks or water bottles on property. Make sure you book a king suite as “double” suite bed not much bigger than a single bed so quite Uncomfortable for 2 people. Shower stall (with clear glass) directly in bedroom so if you want privacy inquire about room first because you won’t get privacy. But "
