Perfect Old Quebec location and a very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and charming. Travelers with mobility issues should be aware that there are no elevators; also, the steps at the entrance are challenging.

This property is right across a small park from Hotel Frontenac. The location is perfect. Lots of food options right near by. The hotel is basic with no night desk person after 7, and no special amenities. Our mattress was a bit soft and caved in the center. We had trouble opening the front door after hours and the emergency contact # was busy. Ultimately we figured out the key system on our own. All in all the hotel’s location really made the stay pretty perfect. I would definitely go back.

Cute boutique hotel, but if you are not on the first floor be prepared to walk up steps. We were on the third floor not convenient if you have large bags and carry ons and no elevator! Bathroom was VERY small, you had to come out to main room to dry off from shower- ha ha! The view was wonderful, the location was perfect and we felt very safe. We didn’t have a car but parking on the street looks to be difficult as it is in the old area of town.

Flawless Stay for Our 50th Anniversary! There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love about Chateau de Pierre. The property is comfortable, remarkably quiet, and boasts a great view. The location is absolutely perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to see. Because we had just stepped off a cruise ship, we dropped our bags off early before check-in. The building does not have an elevator, so we were a bit worried about how we would get our heavy luggage up to the room. However, when we returned to officially check in, we were thrilled to find that the staff had already moved all of our luggage up to our room for us! We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed here. The exceptional service and wonderful accommodations made our 50th Anniversary celebration even more special. We cannot recommend this property highly enough!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy, clean and had great AC! The location was unbeatable for the price… we were able to walk all over. There were a few underground lots nearby so parking wasn’t an issue. Thanks again!

It was very cute small hotel. Old nostalgic stone building, renovated. Great experience staying in a historic place. Not suitable for people with mobility issues unless you get the main floor as there are stairs. Great location, walking distance to so much to see. Loved the stay.

Our room was very nice and roomy. Having the shower in the open bedroom was a little different. Hotel was in a great location, close to lots of amenities. Enjoyed the outdoor terrace, had direct access from our room. We had room #2.
