위치만 좋아요. 방음안되는건 물론이거니와 너무 낡고 더러워요. 먼지가 장난아니에요. 벽에 거미줄도 있고 커피머신 컵 만지지도 않았어요. 먼지가 뽀얗게 쌓여있었습니다. 올드퀘백에 있는 숙박시설은 건물이 낡아서 낡은건 이해하지만 청소상태는 최악이었습니다. 엘리베이터 당근 없고요. 주차도 걸어서 15분거리에 주차해야합니다. 참고하세요.

We had a great time in Quebec City. The Acadia hotel had been damaged due to a fire so they put us up in a nice hotel near Acadia. Great staff and accommodating.

Hotel Acadia burned 2wks before. Hotel was not able to contact us through Expedia but put us in another of their hotels. Clean, central and great fromt desk service.

Where to begin on this poor experience. Over a week before our stay, the hotel Acadia had caught fire. We were not informed in advance that the hotel would be closed for renovations, only to get there to find the hotel boarded up. There were no notices on or around the hotel and only by chance did we speak with someone who advised us of the issue and that we should have been notified. We were sent to another hotel, Jardin du Gouverneur. Once there they informed us we had a room at yet another hotel, L'Ermitage, which we looked into and found it was a cheaper room than the one we had booked. When we raised this issue, the concierge advised we would get a credit for the difference (this has yet to be provided). As well, as part of the hotel stay we should have received a bottle of wine. This normally isn't a big deal however when the concierge made a point to go out of his way to advise it would come and it didn't, it shows a lack of faith in this establishment. The location is also supposed to have housekeeping as advertised which never came. For a three night stay we were provided with a half roll of toilet paper. Since there was nobody on site we were left to scrounge for our supplies. I would not recommend these three hotels.

We didn’t like arriving to the hotel and seeing it dark and closed due to a fire 4 days before. No one notified us of this.

Executive suite was a house
Amazing deal staying in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath plus sauna 2 story house with 4 people, right in the downtown area. Had some trouble with the TV's, but, who wants to watch TV anyway? We wanted to see Quebec. Great city! The owner/manager of Acadia was super friendly and very helpful; the staff not so much. Partly because of being new, or too busy, and some seem to not care. Overall, we had a great stay, and for a great price. We would have had to pay the same for 3 hotel rooms. This way, we had the whole house.

I had to leave the property after checking in within 1 hour. The property is very old and it was stinking inside. It was not a great Expereince at all. I had to book another hotel nearby to stay for the night and had to pay again.

It was a nice little hotel without all the bustle of the larger options. Good pricing for the location and provides a good experience of the old city for that Quebec flair.

The Acadia hotel is centrally located in Quebec City. The large room is very clean and neat. The price is just right. We would come to stay there again.

The hotel is situated in a great area, convenient walk to the major attractions. Just beware from the hotel to Rue St. James it is a steep hill. Parking was tricky, albeit we paid $25 a night for parking the spots were very small for a Rav 4 SUV and it was difficult to get in and out of the car. This was a sublot since the main on was full. The room is not cleaned every day as we found out. You have to ask for it to be cleaned or have the bed made. The reception was polite and bilingual. Not a high-end hotel but for what you will use it for it will do.

Property was very spacious, extremely clean and so beautiful. We will definitely rebook this property again. Also the location was exactly what we wanted … core of old downtown Quebec City in walking distance to everything 👍

1. 2 of the 3 plug sockets didn’t work 2. A shampoo lid was lodged in the sink drain 3. Our VIP gift was a 1/2 size bottle of wine accompanied with a congratulations for the previous guests of the hotel. 4. There was no do not disturb sign even available yet our room was not made up 5. The light over the vanity was not working. Sadly disappointing…..

I stayed in Acadia building, solo traveler. Very centrally located, 5 mins walk to Frontanec, 10 mins walk downhill in downtown area to catch bus to Montmocery falls. Staff very friendly. You get tiny bottles of shapoo and conditioner only, can ask for more. No lotion. Shower is great. Rain shower with spray pressure system. Room as Keureg coffee and fridge. Uber is 10 dollars to train station. Will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Quaint, charming, very old space walkable to everything in Old Quebec. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and bilingual. All old buildings have quirks and character, which adds to the experience. I'd definitely stay here again.
