Had a wonderful stay at this hotel at a very fair price! The hotel was quaint, clean and well maintained, The staff was amazing and found extremely helpful and accommodating , just noting there are limited front desk hours so plan ahead accordingly.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right beside the Frontenac - easy walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely staying here again

The hotel is comfortable and clean, considering it's an older building. The location is ideal to enjoy the bustling crowded old streets, but without that noise right nearby. It fronts a small park and is very close to a reasonably priced parking garage.

Was as I expected. Location was exactly what I was looking for. The room was ok, clean but not well maintained. The floor was uneven in spots, the bathroom had mold in corners, toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. Shower pressure was good, but I was afraid to adjust the shower head because it wasn’t securely attached to the wall. Overall, it was a nice place to go to after a long day off walking around Quebec City.

The property is great for being located right next to the Chateau Frontenac, the boardwalk and near everything you would want to see and do in old Quebec City. Rodney and the staff were great and helpful. The room was clean, affordable parking was a 1-minute walk away and the AC and heat work well. The hotel does not have amenities such as a pool, hot tub, exercise facilities, but the room is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, etc.. The lobby has a microwave, coffee machine, etc. It is not a five-star hotel, so if that is what you seek then move next door to the Chateau, but for a fraction of the price it has all the comforts you need!

Great location, beds were comfortable, bathroom nice, TV worked, spacious room with view of park. Staff was non existent. No one was there often and no one was there when we checked out and left our luggage at the counter although it was way past 9am. I literally jumped the counter to put our luggage in the back of the front desk and left a note to call me (no one has). I hope it’s there later when we leave the city later today lol.

Excellent location, very close to Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. Parking garages nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice room with air conditioning. Nice to have a balcony, but very warm outside so limited how much we used it.

Pros: -The location is fantastic. -The front deck lady was very helpful and sweet. -Bed sheets were clean an crisp. Cons- You will have to find your own parking. Hotel looks great on the outside. But the inside not as much. The hallways and staircase are sketchy. Room was ok but had a damaged door and trim. There was mold in the shower calking.

The location in old town Quebec was great. We had issues with lack of front desk availability including from our initial check in when we arrived to find the front door locked requiring a code that had not been provided to us. Room itself was small but comfortable and clean.
