Pool was busy but nice, place is in need of an upgrade (rugs, decor, bathrooms). Room was good and the beds were firm. Great location if you have a car. Nice that it has BP and a bar attached to the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Universel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. I would rate the hotel 9 out of 10, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The hotel facilities were very good, the service was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. One of the highlights for our family was the water recreation area, which our children absolutely loved. It was a great feature for families with kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would be pleased to choose Hotel Universel again on a future visit.

I had a great stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I especially liked the free self-parking right next to the room, which made loading and unloading my luggage very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this motel to others.

The hotel was adequate for the one night we stayed and pool & nordic spa were a great way to relax. A few areas to improve: mattresses were very hard, AC was loud and turned on and off all night, the pool area rocks look to be covered in green algae and could use a refresh.

Our room was very nice. Clean and organized. The thing that dropped my rating is that the windows had coverings so we couldn’t see out or open. Not all rooms had the covering on the windows and the room did its job for us. Staff and everything else was exceptional.

We arrived early and the room was ready so they checked us in. Room was spacious and clean. Pool and sauna area are clean. Lots of place to sit and lots of towels . Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning, but having said that they are renovating some rooms. Lots of room to part and the restaurant is convenient.
