โCharming quaint place with artistic decor. Care was taken with the breakfast - delicious, homemade and wonderful presentation.
It felt very homey.
Prompt response to my texts; excellent communication. Welcoming and friendly.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Vesper highly.โ
โThe inn was marvelous. The inn keeper and her husband the maintenance man were charming and responsive to our needs and kept the place immaculate. The restaurant was dissapointing. Service was terrible, eggs were over cooked. Toast was slathered in butter (I think it was butter). No salt, pepper or any other condiments were on the table and the waitress was no where to be found so we ate the meal as it was getting cold. We did not go back the next dayโ
โThis hotel is fantastic. Actually, my wife used this hotel several times to visit my son in Darmouth. She said every time when she stayed in this hotel the people working in this hotel are very kind and gentle. And new interiors are renewed, so hotel room is very clean and nice. Most of all, at the last day she have to go to Dartmouth coach station at the last day, the hotel step drive stop on the bus station with out any reward. Very thank you about your kind. I think this hotel is best in the...
โBed was more comfortable than home. Dinner at Richardsonโs Grill was fantastic.
Breakfast buffet was mediocre.
Room was very nice but bathroom needed updating.โ
โFrom the moment we reserved a room to our check out the service was impeccable. The staff and the restaurant personnel treated us with respect and compassion. The room beyond what you would expect from an older facility. The food was excellent and so was the beer from the brewery.โ
โI had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner was full of dust, and the carpet smelled so bad that it gave me a headache. The bed felt damp and uncomfortable.
The only good thing was the staff โ they were kind and tried to help. But overall, I do not recommend this place.

โThe owner was very attentive and helpful with all of our requests. He was truly thankful for us staying at the Inn. The Inn was nicely decorated and full of history which was shared throughout. The outside area was inviting with different seating options from couches to tables and chairs to Adirondack chairs under a tree and by the river. There was also a 2 seater swing. This is a historical building and we had to walk up about a dozen steps to our room, which may pose a problem for some. We...
โThis hotel is my home away home in Hanover, NH. I stay there every time I visit the town since 1999, even though there are many other options including new ones.โ
