"Great hotel, suited me needs. Lovely staff and food "
"This is a charming hotel not far from the V and A Museum. Our room was well appointed and the staff was very helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time but they put our luggage in a storage area so we could explore until the room was ready. "
"The Reception staff was excellent
The Recepionist Yosra was very helpful to get us earlier access to our room
That was greatly appreciated by us after a 24 hour flight with early arrival in London
Thanks for the great Service Yosra"

"We had a lovely stay! I was honestly surprised to see how well-appointed and comfortable the room was, given what we paid for it! Very recently refurbished - or looks like it. Stunning shower and bathroom, lovely linen and friendly, welcoming staff. We will definitely be back when we're next in London - this is a fantastic find!"
"Friendly Staff and quick check-in. I will go back for business travel in the future. Close to the metro and many options around for eating. Safe area for solo travelers,"
