Clean rooms and very spacious. The staff is nice and helpful. There are washers and a dryer in the shared area, however, you need to prepare some $2 coins for the dryer. On-site parking is available and close to the shopping area. Highly recommend staying and I will definitely come back when I visit Queenstown again!

We just stayed for 5 nights, there was 5 of us. It was a perfect size for all of us. Simple kitchen amenities but all we needed to get by. Staff were fantastic , and our room had only been freshly painted and carpeted 2 weeks prior. Very Clean and tidy. The only thing I think could be handy is some flyers for activities and info around buses, as we needed support for my mother who was unable to walk to town. Great little affordable accommodation

Enjoyed the upstairs, sunny side looking at the gondola and a glimpse of the lake across the road, from our balcony. 10 to 15 mins walk downhill to town Convenient to leave bags at the motel for a couple of nights while we walked the Routeburn. They upgraded our room to one bedroom for no extra $ on our return
