Agradecemos su comentario, el mismo nos ayuda a mejorar,Tratamos de explicar el uso de llave electronica, no se debe de poner junto a su celular o trajeta de credito, ya que s edescodifica, esto es una medida de seguridad para que no se clonen las llaves, nuestro hotel es un lugar familia, por lo que es imposible pedir a niños que disfruten de la piscina, la musica es ambiente, lo normal de un lugar de playa, ofrecemos varias opciones de desayuno, desde el desayuno tipico, hasta algo mas moderado de acuerdo al gusto del huesped, en su caso, no era posible que ordenara todo el menu y menos para llevar.

Ok, unfortunately we dont appeal to everyone, but there are some things that are fair to state: Manuel Antonio has one road, so if you don't want to be on the road that goes from Quepos to Manuel Antonio, so nonmatter how you put it the road is always there. Normally you cant hear the cars but from your excessive comments on music, cars, room shrinkage and so on, it is clear that your comments are a bit exaggerated. The room is the same size as advertized, so I'm not sure what was your expectation but you booked this specific room. We are not a 5 star hotel resort with 2 to 3 pools, actually our pool size and area for 23 rooms is quite good, and you also have a bar in the pool and a restaurant. The waitres at the restaurant are all local people that unfortunately due to poverty put in a lot of effort but still have not master the english lenguage, but this is not all of them there is only one who does not speak the language. You forgot to mention, the monkeys, the sunset you can see from the pool, the ocean view, the MACAW's that have a nest right on the three of the hotel by the pool, or the Mirador in the highest point of the area where you can see all of Manue Anotnio. This s the reason why this place is magnificent.
