El hotel está en pleno centro, puedes caminar y encontrarte cerca muy buenos restaurantes. El servicio y la atención fueron muy buenos. Buen internet para trabajar desde su terraza o en los cuartos.

Great location and friendly staff! Needs up keeping, not even tissues in room, old uncomfortable bed, guests may stay in the patio till 3-4 in the morning and you can’t sleep, run down towels and linens. Breakfast is just ok

Gracias por sus comentarios! me parece que le comentamos el problema que tenemos actualmente con las tv. y estamos en espera de que la compañía de cable haga la instalación. La decoración de su habitación tiene dos lámpara de buró, pero si efectivamente no son de lectura, contamos con ellas en recepción si necesitan. Esperamos hayan pasado lindos días en su estancia con nosotros. Gracias. Saludos

Cero recomendable. Me cambié de hotel.
Pesimo servicio. No vuelvo. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento a pesar de estar en su publicidad, esto engaña al cliente. Y el area no se ve segura para dejar el carro y si tienes suerte encuentras un lugar a varias cuadras del hotel. Cero profesional desde la persona de recepción que te hace un favor con atenderte. Intente cancelar por qué las condiciones no corresponden a las fotos, sin embargo el hotel se apegó a la política de no cancelación. El precio no corresponde para nada lo que recibes. Muy decepcionado. Termine cambiándome a otro hotel aunque pierda dinero. Busquen otro lugar para hospedarse.

Charming, but live music on the weekends-noisy.
the hotel was well situated 4 blocks from the center of Queretaro which is a lovely colonial town. It is a small quirky hotel with all basic amenities finished with stylish flair. We were in a lovely large ground floor room but it was beside the traffic thorough fare and 5 meters from the breakfast/ bar area and as it turns ,out the stage for live music on a Fri and Sat night. The music was good but if you are a light sleeper or want uninterrupted sleep , this is not the place. Music went till around 1-2am and chatty staff were up and around at 7am.

Lindo hotel en el centro
Esta en general muy bien. Lo malo: 1. No tiene estacionamiento, a una cuadra hay unos estacionamientos pero cierran a las 10.30 pm lo cual dificulta todo (Y tener que andar con tu maleta en la calle ) 2. Hay una persona en recepción que no tiene nada de buena atención. Es muy mal modosa pero Ana salvó el proceso y bienvenida. Limpieza bastante buena Instalaciones muy lindas Justo en el centro

Charming
We were graciously helped by staff throughout our stay. We loved the location and the lovely terrace atop the first floor. Our bed and bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only drawback was the base sound coming from the cafe next to the hotel.

It is a great hotel, very nicely located. If they were to improve the quality of the sheets, blankets and rugs, I would rate it five stars without a doubt. Great location and the owner gives you personal attention.

Nice hotel too far from town with terrible restaur
Thankfully Uber service is available from this location. Staff were very helpful but it is at least a 20 min cab ride to town. Leave your car in underground parking at the hotel as parking in Guanajuato is impossible.

Pequeño hotel agradable y tranquilo
Personal amable, que estuvieron esperando mi llegada hasta la 1 pm. Lástima que las bicicletas que "decoran" el lugar, no son para uso de los huéspedes.

Mal, la reservación incluía estacionamiento y el hotel no tiene estacionamiento, después me querían cobrar el estacionamiento, el baño estaba feo, las toallas rotas igual la sabana de la cama. El desayuno que incluía muy pobre y no tenían lo que pedí y nadie me sabia resolver nada.

The hotel La Casa del Naranjo is a hidden gem, just steps from the main square. From the moment you get inside you feel comfortable and welcome. The place is beautiful with only six rooms, mine was El Limon, on the top, and in the mornings I could hear the birds and the bells from the church. The breakfast was delicious and the place was more than right. I will definitely go back.

La Casa del Naranjo is a cute boutique hotel located in downtown Queretaro. Our room was clean, the staff at all times was super helpful and friendly!

Good and not so good
We loved the location and staff at this hotel. It's charming, but our room was very stuffy. Very small windows and no fans for better air circulation. Also, at night there was some generator going on it seemed every 30 minutes for 20 minutes. it was very hard to sleep. I'm sorry to not give the place glowing reviews. The staff was excellent and it's an easy walk to all the main spots of Historical Queretaro.
