"The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. You are close to both of the malls in the area so shopping for groceries was convenient. Parque la Carolina is amazing and I always stay around it. I really enjoyed how the windows opened and you could get all the sound and smells of the city through the day. It is loud at night, but every place I have stayed in Quito is as well. The motorcycles are loud at night, but it is a large city. I would have liked to have more instructions on where to take out trash because I was staying for a while. The views are great and I recommend this property over a hotel. "

"Fantastic Space & Staff - Spa was nice for a quick 70 min facial las minute - lots of good food options like Somos in the neighbourhood - if you arrive late like we did at 1am dont be worried when lights are off at entrance as the hotel is environmentally conscious and have lights on sensors - "

"Excellent stay in Quito at JW Marriott. Check in was very efficient and our room for three was large and nicely appointed. The spa and fitness area was one of the best I’ve used in any hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent. All in all a very nice and relaxing stay. "

"Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response."
