“I booked this hotel for my grandfather and he loved it. The people were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He also loved the included breakfast, the room and the amenities.”

“Very nice place and the room was very clean”

“Our experience was very good. However, the only issue we encountered was the strong kerosene smell on the third floor. The heating lamps located in the interior patio-which at night also operates as a restaurant, where the food is excellent, by the way- emit a very intense kerosene or gasoline odor, and because the patio has a covered roof, the smell ends up accumulating on the third floor.”

“El staff fue súper amable. La habitación muy limpia. Desayuno buffet muy variado. Excelente todo. Volveré definitivamente.”

“Location was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing is that we had an inner room and we did not have a window.”

“Excellent service, beautiful suite, great location,”

“This hotel is nasty. Tello water comes out of the faucet. Bugs in the bathroom. Noisy and loud. Prostitution is around”

“A very cute, clean and comfortable hotel only three blocks from the city center. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious.”
