"The food was great at the Stoned Crab. The beach was tiny, the rooms were clean, but dated and furnished with cheap furniture. The bathroom was tiny and needed repaired. It was 3 mikes from Duval street and right beside the highway."

"From front desk staff, management to security, everyone was fantastic. There was a Navy event causing one of the amenities to be reserved and inaccessible for the duration of our stay which was a bummer since we booked this resort for the amenities. The pool with a DJ and backyard games were an absolute hit. There was only one working elevator (which had lengthy wait times from everyone using it) causing us to only use the stairs for the duration of our stay, just happy we were on the 3rd floor instead of the 6th. That issue should be addressed. Other than those 2 hiccups, our stay was very enjoyable and we look forward to giving the resort another visit."

"We stayed at Margaritaville Beach House Key West for three nights and had a mix of positives and challenges. The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was good, and the shuttle service to Old Town made getting around easy.
Unfortunately, we did not have hot water during our stay, which was disappointing. We were told it was being worked on, but it was not resolved before we left. We also experienced issues with the room, including blinking smoke detectors and an AC unit that ran constantly.
The resort did refund our resort fees, which we appreciated, but clearer communication would have helped set expectations.
The property itself is nice and in a good location, but due to our experience, we would likely choose a different place next time."

The only downside was some noise in the pool area a few nights after 10pm (spring break partiers), when though announced policy was quite hours after 10. Didn't seem to be well enforced by property."
