This property was not as advertised. It did not look like the pictures online. It was not cleaned and the area did not feel safe. We came into the room and instantly left and cancelled the stay and went to find a different hotel. The rooms had a bad smell, ac did not work, and overall was dirty. Upon arrival we were approached with a lot of beggers.

Brautiful New Hotel but maintenance not great

I only stayed 1 night and did not have any food there as I left to catch the only flight from Rach Gia Airport at 0705. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. Always smiling. They provided a free car to take me to the airport. The hotel is big, modern and very plush with very good quality carpets in the corridors. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The downsides are the walls in the bedrooms are all tiles and good quality but the finish on the tiling is poor. Chips out of the tiles, bad joints, but the tiles look as they have not been properly cleaned since they were put up. The same goes for the bathroom tiles only a lot more chips and ceacks there. The silicond seal on the washhand basin was really badly finished at the rear of the WHB, I think it was done before the mirrow was put in so not seen then bit now very visible with the mirror. Some people might think I am nit picking and mabye I am a bit, but I think the best tilers are in Asia so it should be perfect. My comments would not put me off staying in this hotel in the future. The staff are its finest plus and the points I made can mostly be easily rectified.

If you booked a flight in early next morning

Big room, comfortable bed, powerful AC and balcony with ash tray for smokers. Very kind and friendly staffs! Breakfast was average in that price range. WiFi speed was a little bit disappointed. I chose a place near the airport because it was my last day on a business trip in Rach Gia area.

Location of this place was pretty close to a lot of cafes and restaurants and easy access to where I had to be. The area is cleaned up quite well since my last visit to Vietnam and I would recommend this area as a suggestion for hotels within the area as well. The staff was always accommodating as I could check in early and check out a little later with no problems as long as you gave them a little notice. Only problem I had was with some other guests that smoked quite heavily within the halls and playing very loud music at certain hours of the evening without the management saying anything as for respect of the other guests staying at the hotel . Overall I give this place a 6
