락자에서 가장 괜찮은 호텔, 조식도 엄청 맛있진 않지만 먹을만 하고 특히 덥고 습한 날씨에도 방안에는 너무 덥지도 춥지도 않은 적당한 습도의 좋은 컨디션을 유지할 수 있어 숙면에 도움이 되었음.

Overall good experience, we had the family apartment, pretty well set out for a family, second shower would have been nice, but not a deal breaker, there is a second bathroom with toilet and sink, just no shower. Beds are very firm/hard on the king, but kids beds are medium. Pool is a decent size, gym is ok, but badminton courts need attention. Central location and easy to get to places.

friendly staff
After a flat tire the staff helped me to find s tire shop nearby to fix the problem. But as always there is that problem with the breakfast, because i am a vegetarian - i got only pineapple and watermelon but they forgot the avocado. Anyway, out of the season with just a few guests the service is good.

Place was very well maintained and staff were wonderful. The only things is guests were allowed to smoke in the hallway on the floors so we constantly walked a smoking area every time we went back to our rooms. Perhaps have a designated area in the lobby that is a smoking area would be better?

Clean, nice looking hotel, but air flow was not good. Could not change air conditioning level in room and lobby was stuffy. We couldn’t get a hotel taxi to the ferry terminal and front desk staff wouldn’t call another taxi service and told us to go out to the road to flag one down.

Consistent good service and nice clean room
The hotel has been well maintained and consistent with good service, friendly staffs and good breakfast! We have stayed here every time we come to Rach gia which was quite often and they haven't let us down at all!

Booking an executive Suite expects an executive service - not here. Eighter i‘m not a local or because you find here no professionals in their job. Sorry for this review but to claim being the best hotel at the place means also to see the needs of a guest and give the best to make this stay impressive.

Pas grand chose à dire sur cet hôtel. Il est situé à l’entrée de la ville , loin des restaurants et port pour Phu Coq. Restauration moyenne, buffet correcte. Une majorité de clients chinois.

Staff was extremely polite and did the best they can to accomodate. Only complaint we had was the shower/tub combination was not very well thought out. Everytime we showered, water would leak to the ground and caused a flood-like effect outside the tub.

Tentez plutôt autre chose...
Hôtel plutôt confortable, propre mais sans charme. Le problème est plutôt sur le personnel qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Le check-in fut un peu compliqué, arrivés avec notre réservation confirmée et payée le personnel de l’accueil nous indique qu’il ne retrouve pas notre réservation mais qu’une chambre est disponible (à payer bien entendu). Il a fallu de longues minutes (sans s’enerver) à ne pas céder devant le regard vide et les bras ballants des 3 personnes de l’acceuil pour les faire enfin chercher un peu plus et trouver notre réservation. Bien sûr aucune excuse présentée... Difficile également de se faire comprendre au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner se limitait uniquement à du pho, pas d’autre choix, aucun buffet comme annoncé lors de la réservation. La situation de l’hotel est excentrée par rapport à la ville. Wifi moins bon que dans d’autres hôtels. Belle piscine, ça rattrape un peu...

Hotel OK, niet super (zeker niet voor de prijs)
We zaten in de presendientele suite als tussenstop voor de boottocht naar phu quoc. De kamer was duidelijk lang niet verhuurd getuige een kapot bubbelbad (werd wel gefikst na beklag), niet gevulde minibar en behoorlijk veel stof in de kamer. Gebruik het hotel als tussenstop, de omgeving is weinig spannend en biedt geen vermaak. De kamerprijzen bleken bij uitchecken ook nog lager te liggen dan het bedrag wij betaalden via Expedia. Uiteindelijk geen geweldige ervaring die je wel mag verwachten voor bijna 300 euro (een megabedrag in Vietnam).

Nice hotel
Pros - Nice and clean hotel you expect from 4 star hotel. Also no mosquitoes! Breakfast buffet had many selections. I would recommend the local fish noodle soup "bun ca" . Suggest skip most of the other Vietnamese dishes as they were kind of bland and you are more likely to find better in local restaurants. Cons - Some loud guests made for a less than quiet stay. Also is a bit far from city center. ~ 10 minutes taxi

Nice and modern but would not likely return.
They have nice facilities like pool, clean rooms, comfy beds, grand entrance, landscaped geounds, breakfast buffet and gym with ping pong table but the gym and entrance a.c. is usually not on. Since Rach gia is so hot sometimes you just need that relief once you step inside. The staff are very friendly. We had a few incidents that was not enjoyable. We were sick for 2 days and wanted to rest but there was constant noise like garbage dumping or laundry machines. We asked twice to be moved to a quieter room and was told there are no rooms available when we don't see the hotel that busy. We also lost a pouch of medicine which was a disappointment and obviously nothing can be done about it.

Strange experience
I don’t know how to describe but it felt like we just stayed at a money laundering property. The hotel is ridiculous large but doesn’t have any guests. The check in process was confusing to the agent since she didn’t know how to look up Orbitz confirmation number yet was able to give me a key a few seconds later. She didn’t know about the shuttle information. I also don’t like the fact that our passports were kept overnight. The next morning, check out took a while because the agent had to wait for another person to check the fridge to make sure we didn’t drink anything.
