“The inn was beautiful. The location is perfect. It is right outside Bath, next to the horse racecourse. The room was nearly brand new which was both good and bad. The good was it was spotless and well maintained. The bad was the radiator wasn’t working the first night so my son was shivering all night. “Great staff and a friendly welcome made my one night stay quite enjoyable. The food was great both in the evening and morning especially being sat outside on the terrace next to the River Avon which was a very pleasant experience. It was extremely hot weather during my stay and the current lack of AC made sleeping difficult especially with the large noisy room fan provided. However I understand that AC is due to be installed shortly so I wouldnt hesitate in staying at the hotel again if work...

“A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

“Room wasn’t that clean The shower wasn’t easy to use because of the head room. The room was very basic. The restaurant didn’t tell us they were closing so the kids missed out on pudding. Breakfast most of the breads were dry and tasted like they had been left out. I ordered poached eggs and they were terrible. Basically shouldn’t offer poached eggs if they can’t make them. Stay was basic.”
