If you want a quiet getaway on Sanibel Island with quick access to the beach, a private patio and grill, access to bicycles, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a shell washing station, and beach chairs/umbrella/wagon - this is it! The owner, Joe, has an eye for detail and it shows throughout your stay. I wanted a beach experience and thatโs exactly what I got at Tarpon Tale Inn. โItโs one of my favorite places to stay and I will stay there every time we go to Fort Myers. The staff is excellent and the hotel is extremely clean. Love the breakfast! Canโt wait to go again. โ
โThe one thing that needs to be improved is the options for breakfast It was very limited and the regular dark roast coffee needs to be brewed stronger. โ
โFantastic place to stay, hotel staff were amazing and very helpful when we needed things. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, dish and silverware that came with the room were also spotless. Itโs next to a ton of food and shopping areas and isnโt far from the beach as well. Will definitely be staying here again.โ
