"The first room had not been cleaned, the bed had been slept in, the bedside table had something on it, and there was something slimy on the floor. Also, you could smell the pool from the hallway, not chlorine, it smelled strong like mildew. We got a different room. For one night it was, what it was, but I’ll never stay there again."

It almost sounded like drilling or construction but because it went on very late at night I believe it was caused by the elevator and the placement of my room. They also still have not released the $50 incidental charge on my bank account. They said it would be released at check out. I didn’t damage the room, or take anything. I'm also very frustrated that a year later the pool is STILL closed. "
