“Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.”

“Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. “This was a lovely property on a farm & great value. The welcome was warm & friendly. The beds were comfortable & the freshly laundered bed linen smelled lovely. It was a short drive to Alton Towers. The WiFi was slow though & there isn't great mobile reception. However, I would thoroughly recommend it & we all said we would stay again in a heartbeat.”
