“Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. “Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better. Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

“Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure.”
