“Good location and clean, attractive property with plenty of space - ideal for a family. It was a last minute booking so we were grateful to find it. We were absolutely warned about possible noise from the bar below and that it would go on late (and earplugs were provided) so we can't complain about this because it wasn't a surprise, but I don't think I could stay there again at a weekend.”

“I have been scammed. I have booked a room on the Hotel.com website at 71 Hall Street, Saint Helens, WA10 1EJ, UnitedKingdom. Next day I called the landlord to doublecheck if  my booking is confirmed, he was rude an said I should not book as the room is not available, however the website let me do the booking without any restrictions. “Room and amenities were ok but rooms were too close to a busy main road! Window needed to be kept open because hot in the room - so noisy! It didn’t help that the Bin lorry visited about 9.30 pm ish and bins were being dragged to be emptied and in the morning-7am ish to be put back in place !!!”

“Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!”
