"Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level. The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it. The location was ideal."

"Lovely well equipped apartment close to the heart of Manchester. Microwave with integral grill. 2 ring hob and fridge. Liked the espresso machine and milk in the fridge. Nice selection of teas. Bed comfy and shower good with luxurious towels. Other nice little touches included."

"Loved it, especially the hair styling options. The only problem was I couldn’t cast to TV and I found the lack of a kettle or hot water tap in the room (and the trip down the corridor to the tap) a little annoying. Other than that, the bathroom was excellent and the bed was comfy."
