โThe staff were so helpful and so friendly, making us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has everything one might need. My only small concern was that the hallways had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener, which was rather overpowering. Fortunately it was not so strong inside the room. Otherwise, highly recommend for apartment stay!โ
โAn amazing experience, we stayed in the Bank managers suite, complimentary prosecco on ice, roll top bath, emperors bed with egyptian cotton sheets, all of the little touches from the umbrella to the cash bags, breakfast in bed....amazing time.
If you get chance, get this room.
The staff are also first class, in particular Kelly, who is a credit to gotham, bright, helpful and engaging.
