Our apologies if something was not right with the room, if we had known we would have corrected it right away. We are on winter months and have limited staff on front desk, however there is someone onsite and a contact number listed at front desk. Wifi information is listed in several places including where the lock boxes are that keys are retrieved from.

Hi DiannaOur apologies if there was something you were unhappy with. We do not use top sheets just like the majority of Hotels but they are available if requested, the duvets are changed either when requested if a guest is staying in house more than one night if the card that is left on the end table is placed on the bed to let us know that you want bedding changed or when the guest checks out. Quiet time is 11pm however if there is excessive noise or any issues you can come to front desk or if front desk is closed you can call the emergency number provided at front desk, we do have staff in house all night for guests needing assistance.

Hi Yang, We are glad you liked the beach it is a nice spot. The Resort itself is being renovated and we hope that you will come back again to see the updates as we go.

We apologize that you feel the Resort has an “infestation” of spiders, however when you take into account that we are in a country area and we are right on the water, spiders are considered a normal part of the location, however we take every means possible to keep the spiders down by spraying the property for spiders several times through the year. Also the carpets are cleaned regularly with an industrial machine, however yes there are some marks on the carpet that do not come out, we are looking at replacing carpets in the near future.

Hi Paul, sorry about the disruption, pets are not supposed to be left in the rooms unattended and when it does happen we do try to get the owners back there as quick as possible.
