"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "We really enjoyed the hotel as a family. The breakfast opportunity was a bit low just with beans bacon's eggs I agree a lot us from England but when we are in holiday we would like to try something else. The dinner was amazing with a lot of fruit and seafood options. We had for the evening some game place so we enjoyed that aswell. The view was really nice and around the hotel a lots of very good opportunity for a water sport."

"Extremely comfortable with all the necessary convinces. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is fantastic after a day out exploring. Breakfast is varied and home made and presented by the host. All facilities are in perfect condition and large. I can highly recommend Sea Holly."

A room with a view.

"What a surprise we had upon arrival, the service , outstanding, room also outstanding as was the location. Steep climb to get around which we did mind. Pay the extra for view, if you want a sun lounger get in early. I loved the pool, it is small for the size of the hotel, I suspect in high season will get very packed. "

"From the very cordial and helpful check-in, right up to the very welcoming and friendly attitude during breakfast, to the general cleanliness of the whole building and rooms. Beware

"This day was not what we expected at all. First and foremost when looking at the advert for this day, it states a one bedroom one bath duplex. When you click on pictures, it talks about having a private pool, private bathroom and entrance in a space, alter yourself. When I went through the booking and looked at the room available it insured me that I was booking for a one bit one bath private duplex. When I got to the space, it was actually one room and a private duplex with a bathroom that was unattached to the room. Meaning it was in the hallway filled with other rooms. Apparently our bathroom was private and it didn’t have a key, but I don’t really know if it was really as private as it said. I’m going to try to get a refund for this day as well. Talking to Alex the man who operated the site was very difficult as he refused to let me talk and every time I would open my mouth, ask a question or to speak about what I saw. He told me it was my fault for misinterpreting the advert. Not one City actually fully let me talk even after I asked him to please let me talk. he still continue to interrupt and be disrespectful. "

"Massimo's property is a really lovely place to end the day and relax. Breakfast was perfect to get us fueled up for a long day of walking ahead! Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and great communication from a wonderful host. Taxi's are easy around Gozo, but when visiting Victoria the bus is also convenient. "

"The hosts are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The property is charming and full of character. Its very easy to venture out to other locations either on foot or by bus. The breakfast was very nice and suited to individual preferences. I am so glad i chose to stay at the old mill as it made my time in Gozo extra special.I would certainly stay there again and recommended to anyone thinking of booking to do so. The in room guide to the island is very useful especially for first time visitors to the island a very nice idea. I had the smaller room but it was plenty big enough for me and the fridge and coffee machine was very handy. Very nice views ftom the terrace as well."
